The initial installer(s) had a problem which required them to call another "technical professional" from McQuade to our home who determined we were having a problem with the air conditioning interrupter and the connection of our new 2-stage furnace and 2-stage air conditioner. The installers stayed until the job was complete, a total of 13 hours, just to get us cooling on a hot summer night. We are very satisfied with McQuade, our install and with our Trane equipment performance so far.- Randal Gaereminck of Shelby Twp.

...from the time Nathan contacted us to do the estimate to the date the job was completed he was courteous and very straight forward with what he was doing, why he was doing it and the reason this was the best way to do the work. He gave us several options based on cost and never once tried to push us in any one direction. He only explained the benefits and the disadvantages of each proposal and left the decision to us. He was on time (a big plus for him and your company), prepared and professional throughout the work assignment. They cleaned up as they went and left the house in as good condition ass they found it (again a big plus for your company). We have dealt with your company on many occasions, if you follow our history with you, and so has our son. You are always the first to be recommended when someone asks us for a company to do work. We tell them you may not be the cheapest but are competitive and the work is done professionally, on time and is backed up. In closing I would like to say that Nathan is a very positive image for your company. I would also like to add that when contacting your company and dealing with Trisha that she is always very pleasant an easy to work with and returns calls in a timely manner (again a plus to us). ... thank you for the outstanding service you provided to me... I really can't say enough to express my gratitude... your company went far and beyond any expectations to say the least. I initially called another company to service my non-working central air. The service person arrived 3 hours early, was rude to my wife, overcharged the service hours and left me with an estimate of $1,600 to repair or $2,400 to replace the unit. Fortunately, I suspected the problem was not properly diagnosed and the estimates were high. I called McQuade. My experience with McQuade was amazing. From my initial phone call, you had my air conditioning running in less than 1 hour and the total cost was less than the service fee the first company charged me. The whole experience made me feel as if I was receiving a huge favor from a very good friend! The technician was a pleasure to have at my home; he was friendly, honest, courteous, fast and did excellent quality work! The nice lady who answered my phone call was knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to speak with. You should be very proud of your company and the persons whom you employ. Your installation crewmen are superb representatives of McQuade. They are the hardest, non-stop workers; they are very neat; and also very sociable. But above all, their workmanship is superb... we lucked out in finding you guys! I recently had a Trane 2-stage furnace and R410A air conditioning system installed by McQuade. I am a senior citizen and a widow, so my nephew helped me with my research. Your salesman was very kind, helpful and answered our questions and made suggestions for the best unites to be installed in my condo. The two installers were very efficient. I was comfortable with all three men from McQuade that were in my condo. I would highly recommend McQuade to everyone. I am very pleased with your company and Trane products. Thank you for sending out Nathan for my water horror situation. He is pleasant, professional and knows what to do to solve the problem.

Last week we had a new air conditioner put in. Our old unit was running night and day last year and sounded horrible. We have a split level house and the upstairs rooms were horrible to keep cool. We first thought we had poor insulation, so last year we had new insulation put in the attic along with an attic fan. Then we thought it was the windows. So we had them tinted to cut down on the heat.
As we can now see, that was not the problem at all. Dave came out and determined this unit was undersized for our house. As this weekend themperatures grew in the 90's, we got a great first test on how well this new air conditioner worked. It is amazing! My kid's rooms upstairs were perfect! Actually the downstairs was almost too cold. It was a huge improvement. The best part is that it seemed to run less than the previous one and it keeps the house cooler!
